ETRC Business Forum 2020

The ETRC Business Forum will take place on 23 January 2020 at the Amsterdam Airport Sheraton Hotel. The theme of the Business Forum is: Sustainability: Shaping a responsible future for travel retail, focusing on questions such as:
- Our world is changing: what is the impact on duty free and travel retail?
- Is our channel ready to respond to the sustainability challenge?
- How will it affect the future of our business model?
Those questions will guide the discussions during the various sessions on the day, where participants will also be provided with the details of an exclusive research study conducted for ETRC by Pi Insight which will look into the role of sustainability on the shopper decision-making process within the Travel Retail environment. ETRC partner NPD will deliver the latest results of the most anticipated ETRC Index, while part of the day will also focus on challenges affecting product categories in duty-free and travel retail, and the work undertaken by ETRC on digital labelling.
